This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on purchases made through Uttal.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned product passes inspection
If the product is found used, worn, or damaged, the refund may be rejected
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable
In case of defective or incorrect products, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is expired
Product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
Customers must raise a refund request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error from Aabha Food.
