This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on purchases made through Uttal.

1. Refund Approval

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned product passes inspection

  • If the product is found used, worn, or damaged, the refund may be rejected

2. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable

  • In case of defective or incorrect products, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued

5. Order Cancellation

  • If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is expired

  • Product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)


2. Refund Request Time

Customers must raise a refund request within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after this period will not be accepted.


3. Proof Required

To process a refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear images or video of the product

  • Original packaging with labels intact

Refunds will not be processed without valid proof.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used food items

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect address details


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error from Aabha Food.


7. Company Rights

Aabha Food reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after verification.
