1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at info@uttal.in as soon as possible with your Order Number.

• If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy after receiving the product.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required if the order is canceled before shipment.

• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellation by Uttal

Uttal reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing errors

• Payment issues or failed transactions

• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund (if payment was made) will be processed.

4. Modification of Orders

Once an order is placed, modifications (such as change of size, color, or address) may not be guaranteed. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
